Terms and Conditions – Sukoon Application
1. Eligibility for Services
You acknowledge and warrant the following:
You have never previously been suspended from or prohibited from using Sukoon’s services.
Any misuse of the service outside its intended scope will result in the immediate suspension of your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the application.
Medications will not be dispensed to individuals under the age of 18 without parental or legal guardian consent.
2. Undertakings and Obligations
By using the Sukoon application, you agree to:
Comply with all notifications and instructions issued by Sukoon.
Use the information and content solely for personal purposes.
Not sell, redistribute, or share any content with third parties.
Not use the application to harm, harass, or inconvenience others.
Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or damage the application in any way.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and password.
Notify Sukoon immediately in the event of loss or theft of your login credentials.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to the application, including its content, designs, and software, are owned by Sukoon.
This includes, without limitation, text, graphics, images, videos, audio, source code, and databases.
You may not allow any other person to use your account to access Sukoon’s services.
4. Pricing
Prices are displayed within the application prior to confirming any booking.
Prices vary depending on:

Sukoon reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
5. Payment
Payment for sessions or any other services must be made through the approved electronic payment gateway within the application via the payment service provider (Tap Payments) or any other provider approved by Sukoon in the future.Available payment methods within the application include:

Apple Pay

1. A booking shall not be considered confirmed until the payment process has been successfully completed and a confirmation notification has been issued by the system.
2. By confirming a booking, the user authorizes Sukoon to charge the service fee to the selected payment method provided.
3. All payment transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment service provider and the card-issuing bank.
4. Sukoon shall not be liable for any declined or failed transactions resulting from banking or technical issues beyond its control.Sukoon does not retain users’ bank card information.
5. Payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment systems in accordance with applicable data protection standards.The displayed currency may vary depending on the user’s country or account settings.
6. The final currency and total payable amount will be shown before confirming the payment.Sukoon reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any payment method at any time without prior notice.
6. Appointment Cancellation Policy
More than 24 hours before the appointment: 100% refund to the wallet.
No-show: The session fee will be deducted.
The specialist has the right to cancel the appointment after 15 minutes of the client’s non-attendance.

7. Refund Policy
Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Full refund in case of a technical issue caused by the application.
No refund after the session has been completed.
No refund if the session is terminated before its scheduled end time.
Packages:
Completed sessions will be calculated at their original price.
The remaining balance will be credited to the wallet.
8. Refunds via Tap Payments
Refund requests may be submitted within 120 days from the payment date.
Refund processing may take between 7 to 14 business days.
9. Referral Program
Referral credits cannot be withdrawn in cash.
Referral credits will be canceled upon account deletion.
Referral credits are valid for 12 months.
A referral code may be used once upon registration and once upon booking.
Sukoon reserves the right to set a maximum limit on referral credits.
10. Medical Report Policy
Clients have the right to request a medical report.
Reports may only be issued by a licensed physician.
The most recent visit must not exceed 30 days.
If there has been only one session, it must be no less than 45 minutes in duration.
11. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.Sukoon shall not be liable for damages resulting from:
Technical malfunctions
Viruses
Misuse of the application
Sukoon shall not be responsible for the sharing of contact information with specialists.
12. Security
The user is responsible for safeguarding their account.
The user is responsible for any activity conducted through their account.
Any unauthorized access or security breach must be reported immediately.
13. Amendments
Sukoon reserves the right to amend or update these Terms or the services at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the application constitutes implicit acceptance of such amendments.

15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
16. Staff Conduct Policy
Users must treat the Sukoon team with respect.
Any verbal or physical abuse may result in legal action.
The specialist has the right to block a client in cases of misconduct or abuse.
